Clients may request cancellation or discontinuation of any service by following the process outlined below:
Clients wishing to cancel a project or service must provide written notice at least one (1) month in advance.
Sharing the reason for cancellation is appreciated, as it allows us the opportunity to address concerns and explore possible resolutions.
If the client still decides to proceed with cancellation, the request will be accepted only after all outstanding dues are cleared.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Refund eligibility varies depending on the nature of the service and project scope.
No refund will be provided if the service is discontinued after 7 days from the start date.
Refunds are not applicable for work already completed, delivered, or approved.
Any violation of our Terms & Conditions will result in cancellation of the refund request.
Payments made for third-party tools, APIs, licenses, or integrations are non-refundable.
